Job Title: Traffic Logistics Coordinator 
Job Description: Handles shipments for customers as per their requirements and necessities; performs delivery follow-up. The job will address domestic and cartage shipments while ensuring compliance with import/export regulations. 
Duties/Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Revise shipment instructions once received from agents and handle accordingly. </li>
<li>Respond emails in a timely matter.</li>
<li>Collect payments as instructions in place, if customer is PIA (before handling) or COD (before releasing freight).</li>
<li>Schedule daily pickups with several vendors.</li>
<li>Schedule deliveries as per consignee’s requirements. </li>
<li>Follow up on pickups and deliveries during transit until freight arrives destination. </li>
<li>Verify shipment documentation and confirm that cargo (quantities) matches commercial invoice or packing list and Bill of Ladings.</li>
<li>Follow up until cargo arrives to destination and keep the customer updated.</li>
<li>Notifies the customer on shipment delays and updates related the shipment.</li>
<li>Revise consignment instructions when paperwork is provided by agents. </li>
<li>Assist the WHR to identify unknown cargo when needed.</li>

<li>Responsible to manage several on hand reports.</li>
<li>Solve situations and problems in a timely matter. </li>
<li>Report and document any irregularities to Supervisor immediately.</li>

Education and Experience:

<li>1 year of Logistics or freight forwarding experience is preferred. </li>
<li>At least 1 year of direct customer service experience. </li>
<li>A college degree is not required but preferred.</li>
