Position Summary: Assists manager by ensuring inventory properly recorded and rotated into stock. Processes fresh fish for customer orders. Selects products from pick ticket and stages orders. Replenish stock as needed. 

What you’ll do:

<li>Ensure that production maintains a steady flow in order to meet production requirements</li>
<li>Reads production schedule or customer order to determine items to be processed, moved, gathered, or distributed.</li>
<li>Conveys materials and items from stocked locations to production areas or storage or to other designated areas using electric pallet jack.</li>
<li>Lift seafood onto table- Lifting 15-20#s consistently, frequently up to 50# and occasionally up to 100# with assistance.</li>
<li>Uses electric scaling machine to scale fish- involves standing for long periods.</li>
<li>Sorts and places items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.</li>
<li>Work in refrigerated rooms 30-36 degrees.</li>
<li>Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for stock items and distributes items.</li>
<li>Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department to prepare for shipping.</li>
<li>Marks or labels items with identifying information.</li>
<li>Opens boxes, crates, and other containers.</li>
<li>Records amounts of items distributed.</li>
<li>Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards</li>
<li>Compiles worksheets or tickets from customer specifications.</li>

 Job Details: Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Permanent Project Engineer to join our Commercial Healthcare Construction division. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a strong background in project engineering, particularly in the commercial and healthcare construction sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all engineering aspects of our healthcare construction projects, ensuring that every project is executed successfully and meets all quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. Responsibilities:

<li> Oversee and manage all engineering aspects of our healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.</li>
<li> Collaborate with project management teams to determine project specifications and timelines.</li>
<li> Develop and implement project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.</li>
<li> Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other project team members to ensure all engineering aspects of the project are integrated smoothly.</li>
<li> Review and approve project designs and drawings, ensuring they meet all necessary codes and quality standards.</li>
<li> Identify and resolve any potential engineering issues or challenges that may arise during the project.</li>
<li> Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.</li>
<li> Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.</li>
<li> Implement and enforce safety protocols on the construction site to ensure the wellbeing of all workers.</li>
<li> Continuously seek ways to improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.</li>

 Qualifications:

<li> Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.</li>
<li> A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer, preferably in Commercial Healthcare Construction.</li>
<li> Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.</li>
<li> Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
<li> Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.</li>
<li> Proficient in using project management software and tools.</li>
<li> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse project teams.</li>
<li> Strong leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and guiding team members.</li>
<li> Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li>
<li> A valid professional engineer's license is preferred.</li>

This position requires certification as an MA in NC. &nbsp;Provides high quality care to patients with allergies by performing allergy testing, administering allergy injections, symptom management, etc. Supports efficient department operations by managing inventory of medication and supplies, maintaining medical records and assisting others as needed/directed.
 
Essential Functions:
<ol>
<li>Identifies patient allergies by testing patients according to practice protocols and physician's preferred testing method; conducting breathing studies; documenting results in patient’s medical record; etc.</li>
<li>Supports allergy treatment plans by preparing allergy serums, mixing vials of antigens, etc. as ordered by physician, using appropriate method to administer allergy therapies; documenting reaction (if any) to allergy treatments in patient’s medical record; calling in prescriptions to pharmacies; packaging and sending allergy medication for self-administration; educating patients about symptom management and treatment; etc.</li>
<li>Maintains adequate levels of antigens, serums, supplies and forms by establishing par levels; performing regular inventory; ordering as needed; checking shipments against packing slips; restocking shelves; etc.</li>
<li>Minimizes risk of adverse reaction/allergic crises by confirming patients’ identities with at least two (2) patient identifiers (e.g., photo ID, telephone number, date of birth, etc.); safely disposing of expired medication; calling patients with expired medication; paying close attention to details (dosage, volume, etc.) when preparing allergy medication; ensuring timely administration of allergy therapies; etc.</li>
<li>Minimizes risk of infection and cross-contamination by following sterile procedure guidelines; adhering to bloodborne pathogen standards and universal safety precautions, using personal protective equipment, etc.</li>
<li>Prepares patient for testing/injection by putting the patient at ease; obtaining medical history; recording vital signs; etc.</li>
<li>Ensures the completeness and integrity of department medical records and supports charge capture/billing objectives by selecting appropriate CPT and ICD-9 codes; adhering to practice protocols for documenting information in patients’ medical records; verifying completeness, legibility and accuracy of all documentation; etc.</li>
<li>Supports continuity of care by taking/returning calls from allergy patients; following scripted questions designed to obtain information needed by physician to recommend course of action; documenting conversation in detail; consulting with a physician; conveying physician’s plan of care to patient, recognizing and responding to emergency situations as appropriate for her/his scope of practice.</li>
