As a Robot Data Collector, you'll wear a motion-capture (MoCap) suit and VR headset to perform natural human movements that help robots learn how people walk, reach, carry objects, and interact with the world. Your work will directly contribute to the development of advanced AI and robotic systems.

Using state-of-the-art VR and motion-capture technology, you'll help create the data that powers intelligent robots.
Responsibilities
- Wear a MoCap suit and VR headset to perform and record human movements.
- Guide and train robots through human-like motions and tasks.
- Capture and validate high-quality motion data used to improve AI models.
- Identify and report software, hardware, or data collection issues.
- Provide daily feedback to help refine training processes.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional workspace.

✅ Qualifications
- Comfortable being active and on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift
- Comfortable wearing a VR headset and motion-capture suit
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn new technologies
⏰ Available ShiftsMorning Shift
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Swing Shift
2:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Overnight Shift
10:00 PM – 7:30 AM
📅 Weekly Schedule Options
Choose one of the following shift rotations:
- Wednesday – Sunday
- Thursday – Monday
- Friday – Tuesday
- Saturday – Wednesday
Applicants will select one shift and one weekly schedule rotation.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mountain View, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
