The DNA Group is seeking a highly experienced QuickBase Consultant/Program Manager to support Works in modernizing and enhancing QuickBase applications. This role will analyze business processes, design and develop QuickBase solutions, build dashboards and reports, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within a rapid application development environment.
Overview Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in QuickBase architecture, design, development, customization, and implementation. The consultant will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to evaluate operational requirements, document business processes and workflows, and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
This role requires demonstrated expertise in:
- Designing and developing enterprise QuickBase solutions.
- Building customized QuickBase applications.
- Developing dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Supporting Rapid Application Development (RAD) initiatives.
- Creating and maintaining process documentation and workflow diagrams.
- Evaluating current business processes and recommending improvements.
- Developing scalable solutions that support both web and mobile platforms.
- Supporting cloud-based and Database-as-a-Service (DaaS) technologies.
- Working with large and complex datasets.
- Managing multiple assignments and changing priorities in a cross-functional environment.
- Aligning technology initiatives with organizational business objectives.
- Supporting agency modernization efforts through innovative technology solutions.
The consultant must be capable of operating effectively in a dynamic environment and delivering high-quality solutions while collaborating with agency leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams. Strong communication skills, professional documentation abilities, and leadership capabilities are critical for success in this role.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Expert-level QuickBase design and development experience.
- Experience documenting business processes, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Experience aligning IT strategy and planning with business goals.
- Experience designing highly scalable architecture solutions.
- Experience supporting web and mobile technology solutions.
- Experience with cloud technologies and Database-as-a-Service (DaaS) platforms.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in business-level English.
- Strong technical and business documentation experience.

- Enterprise Consulting Leadership: 16 years (Required).
