This position is responsible for ensuring that the National Attendance Program (NAP) Family Medical Leave (FMLA), Medical Leave of Absence (MLOA) and tardiness are administered in accordance with the National Agreement, Company Policy, applicable regulations, Company practice and Local Contractual Agreement.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop deep knowledge of contract language on attendance requirements and disciplinary action
• Develop dep knowledge of systems necessary to investigate employee attendance records
• Create and publish daily progress/status updates to operations customers and UAW stakeholders
• Conduct meetings/administer corrective action as appropriate per language of the NAP
• Audit attendance / tardiness timekeeping codes: correct/update employee records as needed (proper coding for personal days, bereavement, jury duty, military duty, FMLA, medical leaves, etc.)
• Follow-up with operations customers to successfully close out and report open and closed attendance/tardiness items
• Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for line management on attendance policy interpretation
• Maintain all required documentation related to FMLA administration
• Serve a lead for 10 day quit process
• Act as liaison between operations customers, UAW counterparts, local medical department as well as labor relations departments while building working relationships with all key stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve attendance processes
Skills Required:

Experience Required:
One or more years of experience in a unionized manufacturing environment

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.</li>
<li>Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.</li>
<li>Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.</li>
<li>Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.</li>
<li>Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.</li>
<li>Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies</li>
<li>Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.</li>
<li>Must be able to work around cleaning products.</li>
<li>Able to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks daily.</li>
