An opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide on-site services in K-12 schools located in Aurora, CO, within the eastern Denver area. This contract position runs from January 7, 2026, through May 21, 2026, supporting a range of caseloads and offering professional growth within a dynamic school district.
Key Responsibilities:

Position Summary
The Advertising and Marketing Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of marketing functions, programs and staff.

Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. 
Onsite School- Based SLP Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required.</li>
<li>Valid CO State Speech-Language Pathologist license. </li>
<li>Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.</li>
<li>Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred. </li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li>
</ul>
Location: Aurora, CO Employer: Soliant Dates:25/26 School Year Full Time Caseload: Discussed in an interview Pay: Dependent on experience ~$50-60 Performance Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Identify students with communication impairments.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other educational staff to determine the impact of communication impairment on student progress.</li>
<li>Develop and assist in the implementation of instructional and curricular modifications.</li>
<li>Provide materials that promote communication development to other educators and families. Participate in student IEP development and implementation.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a caseload intervention schedule providing time for direct and indirect services, classroom collaboration and co-teaching, screenings and evaluations, materials preparation and voice output device programming.</li>
<li>Maintain student records and performance data.</li>
<li>Supervise speech/language-trained para-educator and graduate students as assigned.</li>
<li>Mentor to new speech/language pathologists.</li>
<li>Participate as required on Building Student Improvement Teams, speech/language department committees and projects, special education committees, projects, or audits.</li>
<li>Provide in-service to colleagues.</li>
<li>Must complete all Special Education paperwork including IEPs and Medicaid billing.</li>
