Job Description
The House Parent will provide care, training, and supervision appropriate for clients ages three through young adult with significant emotional and behavioral, cognitive, and/or communicative needs, in the areas of academic, behavior, communication, independent living, life, social and personal care skills. The House Parent will implement the assigned portion of the treatment plan.
Work Schedule: 24 Hours a day during a four-day shift with four days off between shifts (must be able to work 96 hour shift).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Ability to meet physical demands (lifting up to 40 lbs, prolonged standing/walking)
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional stability under stress
- Must pass background checks/ TB and drug screen
