Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle Supply Chain implementation from testing through go-live for a major healthcare organization. In this highly visible role, you will partner with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to drive project execution, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate has extensive Oracle Supply Chain implementation experience, thrives in complex enterprise environments, and is skilled at keeping cross-functional teams aligned, accountable, and on schedule.Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise Oracle Supply Chain implementation projects through testing, cutover, and go-live.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, RAID logs, Jira tracking, executive reporting, and governance activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional business, technical, and vendor teams, including Oracle, GHX, and Tecsys, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, manage dependencies, and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout the implementation.
  • Partner with executive leadership and the Director of Implementation to drive accountability, communication, and project success.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience leading enterprise technology implementations.
  • Experience leading at least one full-cycle Oracle Supply Chain implementation.
  • Healthcare industry experience supporting large-scale enterprise implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain business processes, including procure-to-pay, inventory management, warehouse management, and materials management.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, project governance, executive reporting, and managing cross-functional teams through planning, execution, testing, and go-live.
  • Preferred experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain, Oracle Procurement, Oracle Inventory Management, Oracle Warehouse Management, GHX, Tecsys, and integrated healthcare delivery networks (IDNs).
  • Houston-area candidates strongly preferred.
