Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP Certification and Teaching Certificate (must be submitted with resume)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence required (CFs may be considered with paid supervision)
- Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- SLPA credentials not eligible
- Commitment to in-person service delivery
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 or Early Intervention students (ages 3-5), depending on chosen role
- Manage a diverse caseload, including regular education and autistic support students
- Conduct case management, develop IEPs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and complete required paperwork (dedicated time provided for early intervention)
- Foster communication skills that support student success and inclusion
