Supporting children either in Early Intervention or across K-12 grade levels, you'll have the chance to put your skills to work across varied caseloads, with the support you need to succeed.
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP certification required
- Valid PA Teaching Certification (must be submitted with resume)
- Clinical Fellows may be considered (contingent on agency-provided supervision fee)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- SLPAs are not currently being considered for these positions
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Serve either in K-12 (caseload of 50-55 across two elementary buildings, including general and autistic support) or Early Intervention (serving ages 3-5 with special needs in New Oxford/Gettysburg)
- Participate in case management duties, including progress monitoring and IEP documentation
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student progress
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- For Early Intervention role: benefit from dedicated weekly time for paperwork in a year-round schedule with frequent school breaks
These onsite positions run from August 18, 2026, through May 27, 2027, for school-based roles (North Eastern School District), and on a year-round basis with breaks for Early Intervention. Each role offers a consistent 35-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-3:30 PM.
