Make a significant impact on the lives of students as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving both Early Intervention and K-12 populations in the greater York, PA area. We are seeking three dedicated SLPs to support students’ communication needs for the 2026-2027 school year. Available Roles:

  • Two SLPs for the North Eastern School District (Aug 18, 2026 – May 27, 2027, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm, M-F, 35 hrs/week). Manage a caseload of 50-55 students across Conewango Elementary & Mt. Wolf Elementary. Partner with regular education and Autism support programs, with some case management duties.
  • One SLP supporting Early Intervention (year-round schedule, located in New Oxford/Gettysburg, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm, M-F, 35 hrs/week). Serve young children ages 3-5 with special education needs; weekly dedicated paperwork time is provided for your convenience.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Pennsylvania SLP Certification and Teaching Certification required with resume submission
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellows considered if supervision fee covered by agency
  • School-based SLP experience desired (K-12 or Early Intervention); strong new graduates encouraged to apply
  • SLPAs are not eligible for these positions

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct in-person therapy and evaluations
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and engage in case management as needed
  • Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
