The HR Operations Associate Representative supports the Fraser Human Resources team—including HR Managers, HR Operations, and Payroll—by collecting, reviewing, filing, and maintaining accurate documentation for all active and inactive employees, in both electronic and paper formats. This role independently processes internal and external personnel changes and requests in UKG for applicants, current employees, and former employees. It also collaborates closely with HR subject matter experts to deliver efficient, cross-functional support to assigned business areas
Responsibilities as a HR Operations Administrator:
<ul>
<li>When in-office, provide front desk support at the HR facility by answering phones, greeting guests, managing deliveries, troubleshooting office traffic, scheduling HR team meetings, sorting and organizing mail, and maintaining updated contact lists, phone numbers, office tags, and other essential information.</li>
<li>Responsible for transactional data entry, auditing, and processing employment-related documentation based on personnel actions. This includes tracking new hire activities, status changes, terminations, and training requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate filing, scanning, and digital storage of documents in employee personnel files within UKG and other external databases, including I-9 forms and additional documentation as outlined by HR guidelines (e.g., spreadsheets and workbooks).</li>
<li>Collaborate with HR teams—including Compensation, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Learning &amp; Development, and Payroll—to ensure accurate documentation of staffing changes, organizational growth, and management structure updates.</li>
<li>Effectively manage a high-volume workload and respond promptly to requests from managers, HR team members, employees, applicants, and former employees.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support by creating employee badges, completing verification of employment (VOE) requests, setting up templates, and coordinating with other Fraser sites as needed.</li>
<li>Support post-orientation onboarding by meeting with new hires to collect I-9 documentation, gather required paperwork and signatures, and schedule any necessary training.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>HS Diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education preferred.</li>
<li>One to two years administration experience required.</li>
<li>Onboarding experience is preferred. </li>
<li>HRIS and/or other HR database exposure required, UKG experience preferred.</li>
<li>Computer proficiency using HRIS, Microsoft Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding skills required.</li>

SDM Company is looking for a Field Service Lube Technician to perform routine lubrication and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment at client sites. You'll keep machines running smoothly by changing oils and filters, checking fluid levels, greasing critical components, and inspecting for wear and tear.
This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and solid communication skills to document your work and interact with customers and supervisors in the field.

<li>Perform lubrication and maintenance: Apply grease and other lubricants to engines, wheel bearings, hydraulics, and other components.</li>
<li>Conduct field services: Drive a service truck to customer locations and perform preventive maintenance (PM) on heavy equipment, trucks, and machinery.</li>
<li>Inspect equipment: Identify wear, leaks, and potential safety concerns; check tires, brakes, and fluid levels.</li>
<li>Perform fluid services: Change engine oil and filters; check and refill brake, transmission, coolant, and power steering fluids.</li>
<li>Document and report: Maintain accurate service records, complete oil cards, and note parts, fluids, and materials used.</li>
<li>Communicate with customers: Discuss findings, provide updates, and recommend additional services when needed.</li>
<li>Maintain tools and cleanliness: Keep your service truck and work areas clean, safe, and organized; manage waste oil and site conditions.</li>
