REQUIREMENTS:

<li>Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility (SSBI completed or equivalent).</li>
<li>Twenty (20) years or more of professional experience in cybersecurity, with a proven track record of leading complex DoD or Marine Corps cyber operations, capturing and refining information security requirements, and architecting, designing, and implementing advanced security solutions.</li>

Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>The Disability Coordinator plans, organizes, and implements the Center Disability Student program. </li>
<li>The Disability Coordinator is responsible for the Case Management of all Cognitive disabilities from: folder review; collection of all needed documents; IDT Team; review of TABE testing; develops academic and career technical training plans to support students’ goals and success.</li>
<li>Trains all staff on learning support/disabilities and ensures students are receiving appropriate accommodations in education, testing and training settings.</li>
<li>Participates in initial screening of disabled students, assesses students’ needs and ability to benefit from the Job Corps Program and coordinates living quarters prior to student’s arrival. Makes pre-arrival contact with new disabled students to ensure all requirements are met prior to their arrival.</li>
<li>Performs vocational assessments of all students needing learning support.</li>
<li>Develops contacts with state and community agencies representing the disabled and acts as liaison between these agencies and the Center. </li>
<li>Works closely with the Vocational Rehabilitation Agency to ensure that applicants have been formally assessed by the agency. Ensures that eligible students are signed up with Voc Rehab and SSI within their first month in the Program.</li>
<li>Develops referrals to and receives reports from Health Services with respect to speech therapy, psychological evaluations and special health problems and provides appropriate follow-up information.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. </li>
<li>2+ years related work experience preferred. </li>
<li>State teaching certification or state licensure in Special Education preferred. </li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred.</li>
<li>Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.</li>
<li>Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a nationwide criminal background check.</li>

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Operations Manager is responsible for the daily oversight and coordination of PHRI’s operational functions, including administrative workflows, logistics, staff coordination, and facility support. This role ensures programs run smoothly and efficiently across departments and supports leadership with data-driven decision-making. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
