Requirements:
Experience and Education Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Two (2) years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality and/or customer service.</li>
<li>Leasing and/or property management experience preferred.</li>
<li>Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus</li>
<li>Operate telephone, personal computer/keyboard, Onesite (Community Software System) and Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li>
<li>Works in a typical office setting with daily exposure to outdoor environments (i.e., heat, cold, damp, rain, etc.) when touring a community.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable about financial regulations and best practices in property management.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work on weekends and accommodate varied schedules.</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.</li>
<li>Familiarity with fair housing laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Strong organization skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Must possess a consistently positive attitude.</li>
