About the Role
At Accel Therapies, we specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other therapies. We provide evidence-based programs for children with autism and other developmental needs in a positive, family-oriented environment.
As a Program Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of Behavior Therapists while delivering life-changing results for clients and families. You’re more than a supervisor—you’re a mentor, advocate, and creative problem-solver.
You’ll:

<li>Collaborate with BCBAs to design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programs</li>
<li>Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data</li>
<li>Conduct functional behavior assessments and help develop behavior intervention plans</li>
<li>Supervise, coach, and train 4–6 Behavior Therapists, ensuring adherence to best practices in ABA</li>
<li>Lead team meetings, provide performance feedback, and facilitate professional growth</li>
<li>Prepare accurate reports on client progress, behavior assessment outcomes, and intervention strategies</li>
<li>Develop engaging activities (arts, crafts, play-based learning) aligned with client goals</li>

Who Are We Looking For?

<li>A completed Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field</li>
