A large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking an attorney with experience in healthcare law and transactions for its Charlotte office .

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Experience with healthcare commercial agreements and transactions.
• Working knowledge of health care laws and regulations including the federal Anti-kickback Statute and the False Claims Act, Stark, HIPAA, billing and reimbursement, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine, and compliance.
• Admitted and in good standing with North Carolina Bar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Academic excellence.
