Job Description:
This position consists of primarily carpet cleaning with possible additional services including tile & grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, odor neutralizing, stain removal, carpet repairing/stretching, and water restoration. On average, our full time technicians make anywhere from 35k in the upwards of 45k+. A company vehicle will be used daily, so a clean driving record is important. Clean appearance and good communication skills are essential while interacting with our customers. Our technicians are committed to providing customers with top quality service and integrity while also being an ambassador for the Rejuven8 brand.
Job Responsibilities:
- Cleaning floors and other surfaces for residential, commercial, and multi-family facilities
- Operating/maintaining cleaning equipment
- Travel to scheduled work sites promptly and on-time
- Secure payments from customers
- Maintaining the Rejuven8 standard of care for customer satisfaction and company guidelines
- Attend any required continuing education to meet IICRC/Rejuven8 standards
- Communicating with team and/or operations manager throughout the day as needed
- Occasional late/weekend work as needed (commercial or restoration jobs).
Experience:
This is an entry level position with great earning potential; no experience required but prior janitorial or experience with commercial flooring a plus.

- Attention to detail a must
- Ability to lift and move equipment at least 60lbs
- Must pass background check and motor vehicle driving record check
