Your Primary Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Credentialing Coordinator. The Credentialing Coordinator is typically responsible for managing and supporting payer credentialing and enrollment processes with a high degree of accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
In this role, the candidate can expect to:

<li>Manage and submit government (Medicaid) and commercial payer credentialing and revalidation applications</li>
<li>Proactively communicate with payers regarding application status, documentation needs, and approval timelines</li>

What you'll do:
<ul>
<li>Organize and set up dining room and beverage area for meal service</li>
<li>Assist in helping residents select from menu as needed</li>
<li>Ensure that residents receive foods appropriate to their needs, diet orders, and tray cart instructions</li>
<li>Perform all side work, deep cleaning assignments, closing duties to meet required sanitary standards</li>
<li>Assists in the assemble and completion of carry-out and delivery meals as needed</li>
<li>Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor</li>
</ul>
What you'll need:
<ul>
<li>Working knowledge of sanitary standards related to food handling and preparation</li>
<li>High School or GED equivalent is preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge to serve meals in an appealing and appetizing manner</li>
</ul>
Compensation: $17 - $18.50 per hour based on background and experience

Givens Home First is hiring a PRN Aging in Place Technician to join our Aging in Place team. As a Givens Home First Aging in Place Technician, you will collaborate with the Aging in Place Program Director to assess community members and their home environments, making recommendations that will enable and empower them to live independently, comfortably, and safely at home. Driven by evidence-based research, you will implement the desired modifications in accordance with policies, procedures and best practice, while also striving to meet and exceed the standards set by Givens Home First. If you have any experience with plumbing, electrical work, painting, or light remodeling, this position could be for you!
What you'll do: 
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with the Aging in Place Program Director to assess an individual’s abilities, challenges and needs in a holistic and purpose driven way, recommending updates that will help them live independently, safely and comfortably</li>
<li>Coordinate with relevant departments and vendors to develop and implement home modifications based on the applicable safety and functional needs, e.g., electricians, plumbers, paint crew etc.</li>
<li>Identify, recommend, purchase and oversee installation of furnishings and equipment that can help enhance the aging experience</li>
<li>Educate community members on proper use of installed medical equipment</li>
<li>Ensure best practices are followed when conducting home assessments</li>
<li>Coordinate and monitor stockroom and inventory</li>
<li>Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor</li>
</ul>
What you'll need: 
<ul>
<li>Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) is highly desirable, but not required</li>
<li>Plumbing, electrical, painting, light remodeling experience desired, but not required</li>
<li>Must possess basic inventory control and applicable computer skills</li>
<li>Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 100 pounds</li>
<li>Previous experience as a handy worker or skilled laborer required, with ability to support implementation and installation of equipment and home modifications such as grab bars, bidets etc.</li>
<li>Knowledge of aging process and correct use of DME highly desired</li>
<li>Possess public relations and office skills highly desired </li>
<li>Must possess a valid unencumbered North Carolina Driver’s License and insured vehicle (eligible for mileage reimbursement) </li>
<li>Understanding of aging processes, Durable Medical Equipment and their functions </li>
</ul>
Compensation is $23.00 -$25.00 per hour, based on background and experience.
