Job Description 
Lawn Specialties is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Business Development Manager to support the continued growth and expansion of our business. This role is responsible for strengthening our existing customer base while identifying and developing new market opportunities. The Business Development Manager plays a key role in securing long-term, renewable contracts as well as one-time projects and directly contributes to the overall success and growth of the branch or division.

Key Responsibilities

<li>Strong understanding of lawn care practices and pesticide applications; experience with Real Green Systems is a plus.</li>
<li>Valid drivers license with a minimum of 5 years of clean driving history.&nbsp;</li>

Job Description 
Visa is seeking a Director of Product Delivery to join the Visa Direct organization. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of new products and features, ensuring initiatives are executed on time, to high quality standards, and in alignment with Visa’s broader strategic objectives. Qualifications 
Basic Qualifications:

<li>Underwrite credit, property, and applicable compliance documents (i.e. title, fraud reports, etc.) to ensure loans meet guidelines and represent an acceptable level of risk for origination.
