This is an interim non-exempt position. Successful completion and certification of the Branch Manager Readiness program is a pre-requisite to transition into a manager role, based on branch vacancy. Employees who are currently in an Associate Branch Manager (ABM) or Branch Manager (BM) role with Wells Fargo at the time of hire will not participate in the Branch Manager Readiness program.
