FUNCTION:
Originates real estate mortgages by sourcing prospective customers and proactively solicits new residential mortgage business. Continually identifies, develops, and maintains a quality network of referral sources to generate mortgage sales to meet quarterly loan quality and production goals. Visits local Realtors, builders, accountants and utilizes available lead referral sources to identify prospects to obtain their individual sales results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Title: Relief Counselor
Pay Range: $18.50/hr
Schedule: Relief Counselors are Casual Agreement Employees who work as needed in BAMSI’s residential and day services. Hours and locations may vary week to week depending on business needs.

What You’ll Do: 
 Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include:

<li>Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills.</li>
<li>Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance.re.</li>
<li>Transport residents to appointments and community activities.</li>
<li>Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation.</li>
</ul>
 
Work Obligations: 
<ul>
<li>16 hours per month. Hours will be audited on a monthly basis. Weekends start at 3PM on Fridays and conclude at 9AM on Mondays. Hours will be audited on a monthly basis. </li>
<li>Relief Counselors must work a minimum of one major holiday between July 1 and June 30th each year. BAMSI will assign employees to either Group A or Group B. Employees are responsible for selecting and working one of the holidays identified in their group. Holiday groupings will rotate every year, and you will be notified of your assigned group annually. Holidays will be audited on a quarterly basis. Pick a holiday group: Group A: New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve Group B: July 4th, Christmas, Memorial Day, and New Year’s Eve.</li>
<li>Employees are responsible for scheduling, working, and documenting hours worked. </li>
<li>Employees who fail to work the minimum hours per month will receive a warning on their first offense. Employees may be subject to termination on their second offense. Employees who fail to work one holiday within the year may be subject to termination. </li>
<li>Relief Counselors are obligated to work all shift for which they are scheduled unless it is impossible to do so because of illness or other emergency. If Relief Counselors are unable to work a scheduled shift, they must speak directly to the program supervisor or on-call manager by phone and give as much notice as possible, but a minimum of three </li>
<li>Relief Counselors are required to complete mandatory trainings within their first 60 days of employment. Relief Counselors are only eligible to work after they complete all required trainings. Relief Counselors must keep all required trainings current. </li>

Job Summary: 
Reporting to the Manager of Air Operations &amp; Corporate Travel, the Group Air Support Specialist is responsible for providing the best customer service regarding group air to the Group Leaders that qualify in their territory. Also, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships by becoming a trusted advisor on all air-related content. The successful candidate will become the advocate for the group leader, while working with the outside sales team, air operations teams and airlines.
Primary Functions:

<li>Develop and nurture a relationship with each group leader, building profiles of their air preferences. </li>
<li>Schedule welcome calls on air for group leaders in their territory, to set proper expectations and discuss possible options for their air travel needs.</li>

<li>Travel once a year on the road with a Business Development Manager in their territory to visit accounts.</li>

As a Lead Preschool (Head Start) Teacher, you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding activities for a preschool classroom, including curriculum implementation, daily classroom activities, and selecting and arranging equipment and materials in the classroom including maintaining a safe, neat, organized learning environment that is welcoming, nurturing, and high functioning.
Responsibilities:

<li>Assisting with the implementation of developmentally appropriate activities for children</li>
<li>Communicating with families about their children's development and progress</li>
