What You’ll Do: Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include: 
<ul>
<li>Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills.</li>
<li>Implement Treatment Plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance.</li>
<li>Administer/supervise medications per MAP guidelines and document care.</li>
<li>Transport residents to appointments and community activities.</li>
<li>Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies.</li>
<li>Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring: 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma/GED; mental health experience preferred.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.).</li>
<li>Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency.</li>
<li>Compassion, patience, and a commitment to trauma-informed care.</li>
<li>Bonus: Lived experience or multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese).</li>
