What We’re Looking For

</li>
<li>
Strong understanding of P&amp;L management, labor control, and cost of goods.
</li>
<li>
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
</li>
<li>
ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).
</li>
<li>
A “lead from the front” mentality — willing to jump in wherever needed to get the job done.
