Job Duties: 
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

<li>Traveling to customer sites to complete work orders </li>
<li>Cleaning Restrooms </li>
<li>Taking out the trash </li>
<li>Sanitizing </li>
<li>Sweeping </li>
<li>Vacuuming </li>
<li>Mopping </li>
<li>Dusting </li>
<li>Floor Care (Stripping, scrubbing and waxing floors) </li>
<li>Window Cleaning </li>
<li>Parking lot sweeping and power washing </li>
<li>Loading and unloading equipment </li>
</ul>
Shift: 
<ul>
<li>Monday – Friday: 04:00PM – 12:30AM </li>
</ul>

Marsden Bldg Maintenance LLC is looking for a self-driven individual who loves interacting with people to meet and exceed our client’s business needs. In this position you can expect:

<li>Communicating with client consistently on focus areas </li>
<li>Setting up conference rooms for meetings </li>
<li>Contacting caterers to assure proper number of guests are accounted for </li>
<li>Collecting and organizing mail </li>
<li>Delivering client mail to mail room in building </li>
<li>Assisting receptionist with guest services   </li>
<li>Wiping down tables </li>
<li>Taking out the trash </li>
<li>Additional tasks at client request </li>
</ul>
Shift:

<li>Monday – Friday: 10:00AM – 02:00PM </li>
</ul>
