This role will drive improvements in engineering excellence, finance and resource management, internal communications, and lead strategic initiatives. The Engineering Operations Sr Manager will significantly impact the overall success of the organization by focusing on areas such as creating process baselines to measure improvement, gathering and developing key performance indicators, developing initiatives to improve coding and testing practices, developing operational models, capturing and developing strategic plans, and managing the overall operational rhythm of the business. The ideal candidate will combine a vision of a high performing Engineering organization, a strong program management capability, and an extensive background in leading large multi-discipline organizations to create and deliver programs that result in improved operational excellence. Your Role 
<ul>
<li>Partner with the Product and Engineering Leadership to develop critical operational initiatives </li>
<li>Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives and participate in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement and incremental efficiencies</li>
<li>Partner with Talent Acquisition to drive all aspects of full-time and contractor hiring for the organization</li>
<li>Partner with finance to facilitate the financial management process, including financial planning, cost management, resource modeling, and cost tracking</li>
<li>Manage the internal communications strategy </li>
<li>Create a data-driven culture with respect to Engineering productivity and outcomes</li>
<li>Develop, track and report on KPIs related to maintenance, product development, platform performance and platform stability</li>
<li>Engage with Engineering leaders across scrum teams to execute on KPIs</li>
<li>Manage key agile scaling initiatives across the Engineering organization</li>
<li>Establish and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with our vendors to include tracking performance, SOW renewals, cost accounting, etc.</li>

 What We Look For 
<ul>
<li>BA/BS degree in a related discipline Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience; OR MS degree +6 years of experience in a related discipline; OR PhD +3 years of relevant experience; OR 12 years of relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree. </li>
<li>Must have Software Engineering Management experience within the past 5 years</li>
<li>Must have a minimum of 5 years leading software development teams in an Agile SDLC</li>
<li>Release Train level Scrum leadership experience</li>
<li>Deep understanding of technology industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices</li>
<li>Comprehensive and expert knowledge of the interactive software development process</li>
<li>Experience managing large-scale programs</li>
<li>Working ability to set project schedules, deliverables, and manage budgets</li>
<li>Posses program management skills with the ability to prioritize work in a changing environment</li>

 USD 119,600.00 - 199,400.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $119,600.00 - $199,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Engineering Operations, Sr. Manager

<h3>Job Description</h3>
The Lead Cybersecurity Engineer will be responsible for the development of a platform that will continuously monitor and report on the state of Cox Automotive's critical cyber controls. The scope of this role is Cox Automotive wide and includes both enterprise and product technologies as well as both domestic and international business units. This role will directly report to the Director of Continuous Control Monitoring. Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Design and build consumable and audience appropriate reporting of the state of critical cyber controls for consumption by engineering teams, engineering team managers and directors, cybersecurity leaders, and senior technology and business leaders.</li>
<li>Partner with cybersecurity, enterprise and product technology teams on the development of appropriate scoring algorithms and measurement criteria.</li>
<li>Build and maintain data model that supports overall critical cybersecurity objectives and priorities.</li>
<li>Lead requirements, backlog management and design discussions.</li>
<li>Collaborate with technical partners to create a data stack that can be used to deliver end-user insights.</li>
<li>Construct complex database queries and create engaging dashboards and visualizations that support data aggregation and reporting on actionable insights.</li>
<li>Partner with stakeholders to understand the problem at hand, help generate hypothesis and problem formulation and the selection of an appropriate methodology to solve the problem.</li>
<li>Lead user acceptance testing to ensure high-level data availability and data quality.</li>
<li>Develop a training program to ensure ongoing education of continuous control monitoring resources.</li>
<li>Mentor Continuous Control Monitoring team members.</li>
</ul>
 Minimum Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 years' experience in a related field; or 18 years' experience in a related field.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.</li>
<li>Strong ability to interpret data and develop actionable data-based visualizations to "tell the story".</li>
<li>Strong knowledge and experience in data analysis and data visualization.</li>
<li>Strong programming skills and ability to utilize a variety of data, analytic software, languages and tools (SQL, Python, Power BI, GitHub, Snowflake, etc.).</li>
<li>Demonstrated track record of both project and operational delivery.</li>
</ul>
 Preferred Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in governance, risk management, and cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, CIS, OWASP).</li>
<li>At least one relevant industry certification - CISSP, SANS GIAC, C|EH, CISM, CRISC, CISA.</li>
</ul>
