Large company with multiple manufacturing locations has an excellent opportunity available in North Carolina. This position will be involved Engineering Management, plastic injection molding, new product introductions, customer contact, safety, quality control, continuous improvement, and process improvement. This position will have direct reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a must. Must have 10 plus years of plastic injection molding experience. Must have prior experience in managing employees. Experience in project management and continuous improvement is preferred.
