Job Summary
The Wellfield Technician is responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, and performance of a landfill gas well field. This position requires exercising judgment and independent decision-making for less complex issues, in alignment with experience and guidance from supervisors.
Key Responsibilities

Operate the well field efficiently and productively, ensuring compliance with the Title V Operating Permit, SOPs, and safety and environmental standards.

Maintain daily logs and record readings according to standards.
</li>
<li>
Follow all safety policies and procedures, using personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
</li>
<li>
Keep the workspace clean, including plant buildings, control rooms, restrooms, break rooms, and grounds.

Write routine reports and correspondence.
</li>

Perform landfill tuning duties by recording and storing data.
</li>

Adjust and tune the well field to maximize gas quantity and quality.

Director of Engineering Responsibilities:
