<li>Support enterprise application modernization and integration efforts for a large-scale federal civil engineering organization managing an approximately $80B infrastructure portfolio</li>
<li>Assist in transforming legacy business processes, workflows, and approval mechanisms (e.g., workflow automation, document management, shared inboxes, and enterprise systems) to improve efficiency and data integrity</li>
<li>Provide enterprise integration, modernization, and program support services across multiple engineering, logistics, recruiting, and capability organizations</li>
<li>Support the prioritization and management of capital projects through improved system integration, data analysis, and process optimization</li>
<li>Collaborate with stakeholders across headquarters directorates and field organizations to align systems, processes, and modernization initiatives</li>
<li>Provide subject matter expertise in civil engineering–related enterprise systems, project controls, and infrastructure management tools</li>
<li>Ensure modernization efforts comply with federal processes, regulations, policies, and procedural requirements</li>
<li>Develop, analyze, and improve workflows, reporting, and decision-support tools for engineering and logistics leadership</li>

 Qualifications:

<li>Professional Engineer (PE) license required.</li>
<li>Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.</li>
<li>PMP or equivalent certiﬁcation required.</li>

Responsibilities:

<li>Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules</li>
<li>Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly</li>
<li>Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity</li>
<li>Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs</li>
<li>Help agents, customers, and other parties with all escrow paperwork, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing real estate license </li>
<li>Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued</li>
<li>Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service</li>
<li>Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience</li>
