Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teaching Certification
- Experience working with middle school students preferred
- Deep understanding of IEP development and compliance
- Ability to adapt lessons to diverse learning needs and styles
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with students, families, and staff
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver individualized instruction in alignment with students’ IEPs
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff for student success
- Monitor and report on student progress, adapting strategies as needed
- Engage families in their child’s educational experience through regular communication
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and school events
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and productive school culture
