Preschool Teacher
Location: The Learning Experience – Foxboro, MA
Pay: $22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking an enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to create engaging learning experiences that prepare children for kindergarten and beyond. If you're passionate about helping children grow academically, socially, and emotionally through purposeful play, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
You'll foster curiosity, confidence, and independence while helping children develop the essential skills they need for future success.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging preschool lessons using developmentally appropriate practices
- Promote kindergarten readiness through literacy, math, science, and social-emotional learning
- Create a positive, structured classroom where children feel encouraged to explore and learn
- Observe children's development and communicate regularly with families
- Maintain classroom organization and compliance with Massachusetts EEC standards
- Collaborate with fellow educators to provide a consistent, high-quality learning environment
- Support children's independence, creativity, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required
- Previous preschool teaching experience preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for early childhood education
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
