The Travel Academy trains students for careers as flight attendants. We're hiring a part-time instructor to teach the professional development side of the program: customer service, communication, and the soft skills that set successful flight attendants apart. This role does not cover FAA-regulated hard skills (safety procedures, emergency training, etc.). The ideal candidate will lead small-group, in-person sessions covering customer service, communication, professional presence, and workplace soft skills. Most of your students are career-changers, bringing with them relevant experience that they are trying to translate into a new exciting career. The curriculum provided requires a mix of lecture, discussion, roleplay and direct feedback.
This is a part-time role, 2-3 days per week with flexible scheduling. You'll work independently in the classroom but coordinate with our program team on curriculum pacing and student progress.
