JOB CONSISTS OF:

<li>Collaborating with the Lead Teacher to facilitate hands-on activities aligned with the Creative Curriculum, tailored to the unique needs and interests of the children.</li>

JOB STATUS: Part-time, non-exempt

The Before and After-School Program team is responsible for:

<li>Facilitating hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum which includes fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and other group activities as well as homework completion.</li>
<li>Providing a safe, healthy, and fun environment and acting as a positive role model for children in the program.</li>
<li>Communicating daily with parents and family members via the Playground App.</li>
<li>Observing state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.</li>
<li>Certain positions may also perform management functions such as accurate attendance records, registration, and staffing.</li>

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Training Manager is responsible for providing effective leadership and direction for training activities including directing the activities of Training department employees in training record management and the development and instruction of material required by all applicable DOE directives and federal regulatory agencies. REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS

<li>BA/BS in education, environmental safety and health, science or related technical field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.</li>
<li>Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience with progressing responsibility</li>
<li>Hazardous waste management training and experience</li>
<li>Experience training in a regulated environment, such as OSHA 29 CFR regulations, Department of Transportation (DOT), etc.</li>
<li>Experience in instructional design and content creation and blending learning approaches including course writing, training aids, eLearning, and evaluation.</li>
