\n \n \n What You'll Do\n
\n
\n \n \n As our Assistant Director, you'll partner closely with the Center Director to help lead daily operations by:\n
\n
\n \n

    \n
  • Supporting overall center operations and daily management

  • \n

  • Maintaining Colorado licensing compliance and ensuring all child and staff files are accurate and up to date

  • \n

  • Managing enrollment paperwork, medication documentation, and administrative records

  • \n

  • Coaching, mentoring, and supporting teachers to help them succeed

  • \n

  • Assisting with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members

  • \n

  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and staff

  • \n

  • Helping maintain a safe, clean, organized, and engaging learning environment

  • \n

  • Supporting classroom ratios and stepping into classrooms as needed

  • \n

  • Assisting with scheduling, staffing, and daily operational needs

  • \n

  • Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and positivity

  • \n

\n \n What We're Looking For\n

\n \n \n The ideal candidate is:\n

\n \n Preferred Qualifications\n

  • Meets Colorado Director or Large Center Director qualifications (or is qualified as an Early Childhood Teacher with leadership experience)

  • \n

  • Previous experience in childcare leadership or administration

  • \n

  • Strong understanding of Colorado childcare licensing regulations

  • \n

  • Experience with enrollment, compliance, and administrative systems

  • \n

  • CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • \n
