What You Will Do:

<li>Deliver and oversee training programs for new and existing team members and managers</li>
<li>Travel to assigned centers to support operational needs and new openings</li>
<li>Ensure consistency and quality of training across all locations</li>
<li>Act as a Manager-on-Duty when required, supporting day-to-day operations</li>
<li>Mentor and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences</li>
<li>Identify and resolve issues impacting team performance and guest service</li>
<li>Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing employee development</li>
</ul>
 Additional Duties:
<ul>
<li>Provide coverage during leadership absences at locations</li>
<li>Assist with quality assurance, service standards, and operational audits</li>
<li>Support inventory, scheduling, and staffing needs during coverage assignments</li>
</ul>
