Step into a dynamic classroom environment as a full-time High School Spanish Teacher, covering a leave of absence from September 22nd through March 5th. Utilize your expertise and passion for language instruction while fostering students’ linguistic and cultural growth. Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid New Jersey Teacher of Spanish certification required
  • Prior teaching experience in general education or Spanish at the high school level preferred
  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate diverse learners
  • Proficiency in developing lesson plans aligned with state standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging Spanish instruction to high school students in accordance with curriculum guidelines
  • Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations
  • Provide regular feedback and support to encourage students’ language acquisition
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance
  • Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, inclusion, and academic achievement
