Key Qualifications & Experience:

- Commitment to fostering a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan, adapt, and deliver high-quality instruction to meet each student’s unique needs
- Develop comprehensive IEPs in partnership with families and school specialists
- Assess, track, and document student progress toward goals
- Implement behavior management plans and positive interventions as needed
- Collaborate with general education staff to support inclusion and student engagement
- Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and support staff
