Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a powerful impact in the lives of students as a full-time School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This onsite opportunity spans two elementary schools and offers a dynamic, rewarding environment for dedicated professionals passionate about student well-being and development. You'll work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support diverse learners and foster a positive atmosphere where every child can thrive.

Ideal candidates are not only skilled in psychological assessment and intervention but also bring energy, positivity, and strong communication to every interaction. The position requires the ability to articulate experience and expertise with confidence—especially during the two-stage interview process with educational leadership.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current Professional Special Services License through the Colorado Department of Education, or be in the process of applying if relocating as a traveler.
  • Demonstrated experience as a School Psychologist in educational settings.
  • Exceptional interview skills and the ability to detail your background and approach to stakeholders.
  • Energetic, lively, and positive demeanor, well-suited to elementary school environments.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological services, including assessment, crisis intervention, IEP participation, and counseling for a caseload of approximately 40 students.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and special education teams to develop and implement effective strategies for student success.
  • Participate actively in a school community and contribute to a culture of inclusivity, safety, and academic growth.

Assignments run from August 11, 2026, through May 21, 2027, at two elementary sites. This is a contract position with onsite placement only.

Bring your expertise—and your passion for empowering young learners—to a vibrant school environment. Take the next step in your career and apply today to embark on a meaningful and fulfilling assignment!

Compensation for this position ranges from $39.46 to $59.46. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
