What You Will Do

3. Complete IEP meeting notice and send to all team members for all lEP meetings and staffings. 
4. Review draft IEPs to ensure present levels of performance are completed with sufficient data and aligned to goals and accommodations.
5. Upload signed consent forms. Email consent forms to ESE Consent and evaluators.
6. Coordinate the staffing and placement process, including information gathering and scheduling.
7. Adhere to timelines for scheduling IEP meetings and completing compliance monitoring tasks. 
8. Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to IEP facilitators at the secondary level.
9. Organize, develop, and provide school-based training according to identified teacher needs and compliance practices for ESE teachers, regular education teachers, and administrators
10. Monitor the ESE school program(s) and student records to assure compliance with federal, state, and district policy and procedures. Ensure student compliance folder is appropriately maintained including progress report.
11. Conduct matrix monitoring.
12. Complete IEP Compliance Checklist after each IEP meeting.
13. Organize communication meetings to maintain close working relationships with IEP facilitators, teachers, and school administrators.

Position Overview: As a B2BSales Representative &amp; Trainer at R.I.S.E. Financial, you will play a dual role: driving new business through direct sales and taking charge of training and developing new team members. Key Responsibilities:

Drive Direct Business to Business Sales:

Actively seek out and close new business by connecting with prospective clients, building trust, and offering solutions through our supplemental insurance products.

Conduct in-depth meetings to educate customers on the benefits of supplemental insurance, answering questions and providing a tailored experience to meet their needs.
</li>
<li>
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a results-driven mentality that inspires others.
</li>
<li>
Maintain a strong pipeline of leads, ensuring prompt follow-up and customer service at all stages of the sales process.
</li>

<li>
Lead &amp; Develop a High-Performing Team:
<ul>

Lead by example in both sales and service, coaching and training new and existing sales representatives to perform at their highest potential.

<li>
Master existing training programs while contributing to the development and execution of new ones, ensuring the sales team is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to close deals and exceed their goals.

Focus on personal and team growth through ongoing feedback, motivation, and the establishment of clear objectives for success.

Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and challenge the team to reach and exceed their goals with integrity and focus.

Qualifications:

Additional Requirements:

Valid Driver's License &amp; Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits and travel within your assigned region.

Travel Flexibility: Must be open to traveling within the region as needed to meet with clients and support the sales team.

Technology Access: Access to a working cell phone, iPad, and data plan for client communication, sales management, and seamless daily operations.

Health Insurance License: Must be willing to obtain a state health insurance license (required to join the team, but not necessary to apply).
