Our organization is currently seeking CRNA locum coverage for a facility located in Minnesota.
Position Overview
- Availability starts from August 31.
- We require multiple providers to work Monday through Friday, with options to take on occasional weekend shifts.
- This is a medically directed practice that fosters a collaborative environment with a team of Anesthesiologists.
- The average caseload consists of 1-2 longer cases or 3-4 shorter cases during an 8-hour shift.
- The surgical schedule is busy, encompassing all specialties except for transplants and pediatric heart surgeries.
- One-on-one patient care is provided, delivering anesthesia services in the operating rooms, Cath Lab, GI, EP, MRI, and CT as required.
- Care is extended to patients of all age groups.
- The practice operates 7 days a week.
- Monday-Friday: Shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours
- Saturday-Sunday: Shifts of 12 or 16 hours
- Each shift includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- Coverage is required across five different locations, including a Level I Trauma Center.
Qualifications
- Must hold a graduate degree (Master's or Doctorate) from an accredited anesthesia program.
- Possession of a current Registered Nurse Anesthetist license in Minnesota, or the ability to obtain one.
- Current certifications in CPR, BCLS, and ACLS are required.
- Certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) is necessary, or you must be a graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program awaiting initial certification.
