EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1-3+ years experience in a related construction field.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

<li>Previous experience in the renewable energy sector, with a strong emphasis on solar tracker systems.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using Autodesk Construction Cloud and iPad applications.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to document solar tracker-related findings accurately.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of construction industry standards and practices specific to solar tracker installations.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Mobilization and Demobilization - Ability to mobilize equipment being operated, including loading, unloading, securing, set up and tear down.</li>

<li>Other – Serves as backup to other positions at the direction of management; and other duties as assigned.</li>

<li>Work and operate motorized equipment as well as safely perform procedures where carelessness would potentially result in injury.</li>
<li>Work in an environment that is uncomfortable due to drafts, noise, temperature variation or similar discomforts.</li>
<li>Ability to proofread and check documents for accuracy, as well as use a keyboard to enter and transform words or data.</li>

<li>Must be able to pass physical examination, pre-employment if necessary, and as required by the company.</li>
