<h3>What is the Role?</h3>
The primary role of the Multimedia Account Executive (MMAE) includes working with local businesses to understand their marketing needs and offering custom and integrated multimedia solutions based on meeting those identified needs.
The successful MMAE develops trust and provides expertise and guidance to help business grow. Utilizing solutions-based selling techniques, the MMAE develops, presents, and sells custom audience-based multimedia sales campaigns to meet the diversified needs of our customers toward maximizing customer ROI.
In this role you will develop new accounts and retain and enhance the buys of existing clients in alignment with their needs. You will be responsible for increasing print, digital, and event revenues and achieving sales goals.

Multimedia Account Executive

Job Responsibilities: Responsibilities include preparing drawings with CADD, assisting in plan preparation such as information gathering and plan production. Focus of responsibilities will generally be related to land surveying and civil engineering projects. Duties/Responsibilites: 
<ul>
<li>Navigate computer file systems, understand file interrelationships, and customize data with the individual files.</li>
<li>Have the ability to identify specific information from a substantial amount of related data or written information from such sources as legal property descriptions, reports, survey notes, manuals and specifications.</li>
<li>Possess the ability to read and understand the terminology and symbols used in survey notes, plans, shop drawings, aerial photographs, and maps to interpret data and information for use in designing construction plans and maps.</li>
<li>Possess the ability to accurately transfer information in numerical, written, sketched, or electronic format from sources such as legal descriptions, survey data aerial photographs, and computer files to final plans and maps.</li>
<li>Visualize and illustrate a concept or design in two or three dimensions.</li>
<li>Identify errors, problems, or non-standard situations and suggest alternatives.</li>
<li>Develop and implement custom automated drafting and design procedures.</li>
</ul>
 Required Skills/Abilities 
<ul>
<li>Possess software proficiency in AutoCad, Microsoft-Outlook, Word, Excel.</li>
<li>Candidates must be able to manage office functions economically and efficiently, organize work, establish priorities, and maintain good interpersonal relations and communications with staff and clients.</li>
</ul>
 Education and Experience: 
<ul>
<li>BS in Civil Engineering preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Related degrees and/or experience are also acceptable.</li>
</ul>
 Physical Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.</li>
<li>Must be able to travel to various project sites.</li>
<li>Must be able to access and navigate job sites and construction areas.</li>
</ul>
