Job DescriptionAn established and highly efficient dermatology practice in California is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its growing team. We have several locations hiring including Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Fontana and RiversideProviders interested in expanding their skill set will also have the opportunity to receive cosmetic dermatology training after their first year, making this an excellent long-term career opportunity.
You'll enjoy working in a well-organized practice where providers are supported by dedicated scribes, registered nurses, and medical assistants, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining an efficient workflow.
Position Highlights:
- Monday through Friday schedule.
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- General dermatology practice.
- Cosmetic dermatology training available after your first year.
- Highly organized and efficient practice.
- Dedicated support staff including scribes, RNs, and Medical Assistants.
- Long-term career growth opportunities.
Compensation:
- New Graduates: $135,000–$145,000 starting salary.
- Experienced Physician Assistants: Up to $175,000, based on dermatology experience.
Qualifications:
- Certified Physician Assistant.
- Dermatology experience is welcomed and highly valued.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Eligible for California licensure.
