Responsibilities:

Set up and operate 3+ axis CNC mills using CAMWorks or Mastercam software to produce high-quality components.

Conduct machine setups for various production runs, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on CNC equipment to maintain reliability and precision.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve product quality.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong understanding of CNC tooling and machining processes.

Demonstrated ability to set up machines effectively for production runs.Proficiency in operating 3+ axis CNC mills.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification is a plus.
