Position Overview
As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you'll be the voice of Conexa--re-engaging recent customers, educating them on value-added services like TV, home security, and smart home automation, and helping them choose the right solutions for their home. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Conduct high-volume outbound calls to recent and prospective customers</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services (TV, security, automation, portfolio products)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Manage sales pipeline and own the full sales cycle - from initial outreach to closing the sale</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas including calls made, conversions, and revenue generated</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Update CRM records with customer interactions and sales outcomes</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Close and process sales through vendor portals and related platforms</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Stay up to date on product offerings, promotions, and competitor trends to speak confidently and persuasively</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Participate in regular sales training, coaching sessions, and role-playing exercises</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
Minimum:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent such as the GED</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in an outbound closing role</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Skilled sales professional with a proven ability to influence, communicate effectively, and consistently drive sales against quotas</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proven ability to manage a sales funnel, prospect, and cold-call effectively</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Self-starter, goal-oriented, and eager to grow</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Comfortable handling objections and following scripts with flexibility</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Available to work a Monday-Friday, 11-7 or 12-8 schedule and flexible for potential weekend coverage with growth of the business</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish)</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Previous leadership or supervisory experience</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with CRM software and call tools</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Previous sales experience in telecommunications, home security, automotive, solar, or call center/contact center</li>
