Job Description

Make a meaningful difference supporting students at the middle and high school levels as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a contract role with full-time hours. This position serves approximately 65 students, delivering essential speech and language interventions designed to help each individual achieve their communication and educational goals. Enjoy a structured weekly schedule—five days per week, totaling 37.5 hours—enabling consistent engagement with students and colleagues in a dynamic academic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license required
  • Experience delivering SLP services within a school setting (middle school and/or high school experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively
  • Commitment to supporting students’ academic and personal growth

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities as needed
