Here’s a unique way to spend your Summer!
If you’re enthralled with Glacier National Park and are looking for a low-key, unique summer job, then we just might have the perfect opportunity for you.   As a Passenger Loading Assistant, you’ll be a full-time member of the team who helps the whole visitor transportation system run smoothly. This a customer service position providing support and shuttle information to the visitors.
This is your chance to work with excited vacationers and outdoor enthusiasts to assure that they (and you) are able to thoroughly appreciate the experience that Glacier has to offer.
Wage:  $18.99 per hour Schedule:  Runs Monday through Sunday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. starting in July and goes into September.  Scheduled hours may be between 6 - 12 hours per shift.  
This position is located on the east side of the park at the St. Mary’s entrance.  If you prefer to work on the west side of the Park, apply for Job 39272.

You will be stationed at the bus stops, guiding the visitors in the appropriate lines for the buses, answering questions about the shuttle system, and assisting visitors on and off the bus as needed.

Wage: $16.00
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. ot 5:00 p.m.

Job Duties:
<ul>
<li>Assists customers with scheduling and obtaining services on RV’s.</li>
<li>Walk through each unit with customer to understand customer concerns.</li>
<li> Point out and document any damages to the customer’s unit.  Suggest repairs if applicable.</li>
<li>Perform a detailed write-up of the customer’s concerns. </li>
<li> Obtains warranty authorizations from factories.</li>
<li>  Conducts technical problem solving with factories.</li>
<li>Conducts technical problem solving with RV Technicians.</li>
<li> Processes all necessary paperwork as required for service.</li>
<li>Perform quality control checks on finished coaches.</li>
<li> Go over paperwork with customers to explain what work was completed.</li>
<li>  Assure that all necessary documents are signed and payments are made.</li>
<li> Assure that the customer receives a copy of the Repair Order.</li>
<li> Assists the Service Manager as needed, including employee relations.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
 Job Requirerments: 
<ul>
<li>Must have valid Montana driver's license and good driving record. </li>
<li>High School diploma or GED</li>
<li>Forklift certified or ability to be certified within 60 days of hire</li>
<li>Maintains clean personal hygiene and habits.</li>
<li>Demonstrates working knowledge of RV systems: electricity, plumbing, propane, and engine/chassis systems.</li>
<li>Demonstrates knowledge of effective public relations techniques.</li>
<li>Provides excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer needs and meeting commitments.</li>
<li>Possess strong organizational skills and ability to effectively multi-task.</li>
<li>Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Manages difficult or emotional situations with both internal and external customers.</li>
<li>Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and develops alternative solutions.</li>
<li>Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and looks for ways to improve and promote quality.</li>
<li>Develops and implements cost-saving measures and conserves organizational resources.</li>
