The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role within a large, dynamic customer service team of 16+, working directly under a manager and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This position is focused on delivering exceptional support to customers through efficient inquiry resolution, order processing, and complaint handling. The role offers flexible working hours and occasional travel, providing growth opportunities through career advancement in customer service as well as potential roles in sales or marketing, supported by ongoing training and development programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective customer support
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently
  • Process orders accurately and manage related documentation
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate within the team

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong skills in communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency with CRM software
