What You'll Do - Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. - Perform preventative maintenance to ensure peak system performance. - Clearly explain repair recommendations and system conditions to homeowners. - Educate customers on maintenance options, system improvements, and available solutions. - Accurately document work performed using company software. - Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle. - Follow all safety standards and company procedures. - Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and fellow technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience. - Participate in ongoing training to stay current on industry standards and technology. What We're Looking For - HVAC service experience required. - Certification preferred. - Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. - Excellent communication and customer service abilities. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. - Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and continuous learning.
