Responsibilities:
- Install and repair automotive glass including windshields, door glass, back glass, and mirrors
- Assess damage and determine proper repair or replacement procedures
- Use appropriate tools and adhesives safely and effectively
- Maintain clear communication with customers and service advisors
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and company quality guidelines
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Complete necessary documentation and service records
- Calibration of ADAS
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive glass installation (preferred but not required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
