Our staffing agency has partnered with a premier electrical contractor in the Baldwin, PA area to hire a motivated, hardworking Electrician Laborer. You will work alongside licensed Journeymen, assisting with commercial electrical installations, rough-ins, and job site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Material & Tool Handling: Stage, organize, and transport electrical components, conduit, wire reels, and power tools across the job site.
- Conduit & Box Installation: Assist with measuring, cutting, bending, and mounting EMT/rigid conduit and junction boxes per layout specs.
- Wire Pulling: Help feed, pull, and route low and high-voltage wiring through conduit runs, trays, and wall framing.
- Site Preparation & Rough-Ins: Drill holes, clear pathways, set up scaffolding, and dig trenches for underground electrical service feeds.
- Safety & Tool Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized work area, follow all OSHA safety protocols, and ensure hand and power tools are properly stored.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as an Electrician Laborer, Helper, Apprentice, or Construction Laborer with electrical exposure.
- Solid proficiency with basic hand tools (wire strippers, linesman pliers, screwdrivers, tape measures) and power drills.
- Ability to follow technical instructions, read basic schematics, and distinguish color-coded wiring.
- Strong physical stamina: Able to climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to Baldwin area job sites.
